Overview 

We are introducing Block'Out Bordeaux, Bordeaux's first bouldering gym, which opened in March 2016. Block'Out Bordeaux, the city's first climbing gym dedicated specifically to bouldering, represents a key milestone in Bordeaux's climbing culture. The gym features bolder walls 4.5m high from the top mat level and a top-out boulder island block with a height of 4.0m from the top mat level. 

This groundbreaking facility, crafted in collaboration with Escatech, redefines climbing in Bordeaux with its towering boulder walls and innovative design. 

Design Concept 

Block'Out Bordeaux offers a 1,100 m² climbing area with 45 zones and 300 problems to challenge climbers of all levels. Aside from climbing, the gym includes a bodybuilding area, a restaurant, a sauna and hammam, an osteopathy clinic, and even a bowling alley, guaranteeing that every guest has a full experience.
